Records include name, date of birth, race, sex, height,
weight, hair color, eye color, address, case number, charge
county, charge class, charge description, amended charge
description, file date, sentence date, sentence description,
fine amount and court-ordered restitution amounts. Records
Oregon Sex Offender
Registry contains data on individuals
that have been sentenced as a sex offender or a sexually
violent predator since 2000. Registry does not include all
individuals convicted of a sex crime. Records may show name,
date of birth, address, offense, statute, and police agency.

The Oregon Center for
Health Statistics (Vital Records) provides
direct services to customers throughout the world by
providing vital records. The Center is responsible
for registering, certifying, amending, and issuing
Oregon vital records. These records are the legal
records documenting a vital event and, in the case
of birth certificates, are the primary documents
used to establish identity. The Center for Health
Statistics also amends vital records to establish
paternity, as well as processing adoptions and

Birth and death records have been filed with the
state since 1903. Marriage records have been filed
since 1906, divorce records since 1925, and fetal
death records since 1919.
